A: Since April 1st 2009, Vietnam Airlines have applied a net fare as well as 0% commission policy toward travel agents. Most of the other airlines in the market will follow this new business model. Therefore, travel agencies will apply service fees on different routing for international tickets.
A: There are various ways to make your payment as follows:- Cash payment:
We accept payment in Vietnam Dong and US Dollar. Other major currencies such as Pound Sterling, Euro, Australia Dollars can be accepted based on the current exchange rates.- Credit Card:
We accept payment by most major credit cards with bank fee as follows:
Visa/Master: 3% - Amex/JCB: 4%
